These two organizations have been designated by the Federal Authority of Financial Action Task Force (FATF) as self-regulating bodies for their members with respect to the anti money laundering law. The code of practice of both organizations offers an additional guarantee of protection, ethical conduct and competence. Beaulac reports directly to the Association Romande des Intermédiaires Financiers (ARIF) and has an in-house structure ensuring that the anti money laundering law is respected.
